It does not have HEAT ( bad heater core)

Something tells me that it also has cooling issues.

Meh, small issue. There is actually a junkyard around here that specializes in European cars (they have lots of BMWs, Audis, Volvos, etc) so I'm sure they could help

Still a decent price for the car though

Yeah, E36's are notorious for overheating when air gets in the cooling system and the heater core is the highest part of the system and if you get a fuck ton of air in there, it'll ruin your day. Also having 170,000 miles on it means that price is too high.
